We’re so glad you’re here. At Coached FITT, we believe fitness isn’t about chasing perfection - it’s about finding what works for you. We’re Lis & Dan, certified personal trainers, parents, and the team behind Coached FITT. We know firsthand how tough it can be to juggle work, family, and self-care - because we live it too.
With a family of our own and full, busy lives, we get how hard it can be to carve out time for your health. That’s exactly why we built Coached FITT - to create flexible, supportive fitness that fits real life. No guilt, no pressure - just a space where you can show up as you are and keep moving forward.
Dan also brings something extra to the mix with his background as a karate and kickboxing instructor. His high-energy classes are a fun way to get fit, build confidence, and connect with a great community - all while letting off some steam (because let’s be honest, we all need that sometimes!).
Whether you’re just starting out or ready to hit new goals, we’ll work around your schedule - early mornings, lunch breaks, or evenings, we’ll make it happen. Your time is valuable, and we want to make every session count.
