No pressure. No competition. Just movement, connection, and consistency.

What to Expect

📍 Location: Changes each week depending on the session. We are usually in Hove, Hangleton or Mile Oak .
⏰ Every Friday at 6:20 (arrive at 6:15)
💬 Cost: Completely free
👟 All paces welcome - walk, jog, run, sprint. Our interval focused format means all abilities can join in.

Whether you’re brand new to running or building toward a race, you’ll feel welcome here.
