You’ll train face-to-face with your Coached FITT trainer, then stay on track between sessions through the Coached FITT app — complete with personalised workouts, nutrition guidance, and accountability every week.

Hybrid coaching is ideal if you want hands-on support in the gym, with structure, accountability, and guidance between sessions — without having to figure it all out alone.
